Aussi miracle dry shampoo-'Aussome volume'-review

Hi everyone,

So I thought I would jump straight in and give you a review on a recent hair product I bought, hope you enjoy!

Two weeks ago I bought the inexpensive aussi miracle dry shampoo in 'aussome volume'. Dry shampoo is a big part of my life.. Its great for a quick boost of freshness and fits in with my busy lifestyle and even better- its aussi, one of my favourite hair care brands.

People can be put off dry shampoo by the fact that it can sometimes make your hair sticky, can leave your hair looking grey if not applied and rubbed in/taken out efficiently and sometimes the strong smell they have. So I put the miracle dry shampoo to the test.

The miracle dry shampoo comes in three different variations, 'Mega instant' for normal/greasy hair, 'aussome volume' for fine, limp hair and 'colour mate' for coloured hair. They come in 180ml cans or 65 ml cans.

So what did I think?

When I first sprayed the product I did like the smell but I found myself beginning to find it a tiny bit sickly but overall this was fine with me. The spray came out quite lightweight and I didn't find my hair to be sprayed grey, I did like this but when I massaged the product in and brushed it out, yes my hair was very voluminous, but I found it was also very sticky, hard to brush and my hair still looked relatively greasy (obviously nothing compared to before I used the dry shampoo, but I had just used better products in the past). I used it before I went out the house and ended up wishing I hadn't used it at all as my hair was impossible to brush and the aftermath was going out the door with a simple pony tail - not my plan. It did give my hair a really good lift but I would probably just stick with the batiste dry shampoo or the Aussi 'Mega instant' next time. - Hannah Xx
